> Ongoing Assistance
We conduct an assessment at project start-up and then at regular intervals throughout the project culminating in a post implementation review at least three months after the project has gone live.
> SOS Assessment
This can be conducted at any stage during the project to independently assess how the project is progressing against the plans, identify danger signs and make recommendations to ensure quick and permanent rectification. - Program or Project Management Office (PMO)

Establish program or project management processes for software implementation projects.
Getting Started
Project Services are priced to reflect the scope of the requirement. As an indication, Project Assessment Programmes consisting of a Start-up Assessment, one Regular Assessment and Post-Implementation Review start at $16,000* and rise in increments of $6,000* for each additional Regular Assessment. SOS Assessments are in the range of $6,000* to $12,000* depending on the size of organisation and complexity of project.
